Are You Feeding the Wrong Wolf?

My dad gave me a card when I was little that said,

"There is so much good in the worst of us, and so much bad in the best of us, that it behooves any of us to find fault with the rest of us."

Much like this parable of the wolf, the side of us that wins is the one we feed. What we think and focus on, so shall we become. Think happier, be happier. Think violent, be violent.

Certain people perpetuate anger and drive behavior toward the dark, ignorant to the understanding of human behavior. As Martin Luther King Jr proved time and again, people can be upset and yet still drive monumental change without being aggressive, but by instead being thoughtful, passionate, rational, gentle, and persistent. Afterall, "It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder."

Just some random . . . relative. . food for thought. Which wolf are you feeding?
